Add a prerequisite Module to a Mastery Profile Module.

post https://api.ottolearn.io/v1/rest/masteryProfile({masteryProfileId})/masteryProfileModules({moduleId})/parentModules

Assign a prerequisite to a Module. This will add a parent (Module) to the specified Mastery Profile Module. The Parent Module must be mastered prior to accessing the child Module. Both Modules (parent and child) must be assigned to the same Mastery Profile in order to assign a parent module.
