Get the Mastery summary of a Topic.

Retrieve the Mastery summary for a specific Topic, for the authenticated User. This will return summary information on the Topic, as well as child Concepts. The summary information returned will be for the authenticated User only. A valid, assigned, Topic Id is required to complete this API call.
