Update an existing Attribute list.

Update the details of an existing Attribute List. An existing Attribute list ID is required to update an Attribute List. Attribute List ID's can be found by using the list Attribute lists API. This API call can only be used to update the details of the Attribute List, but cannot modify or add the items. In order to change the Items associated with a list, use the add, update or remove Attribute List Items API.
