Get the Mastery summary of a Concept.

Retrieve the Mastery summary of a specific Concept, for the authenticated User. This will return summary information on the Concept, as well as child Activities. The summary information returned will be for the authenticated User only. A valid, assigned, Concept Id is required to complete this request.
