Get a Topic prerequisite (parent Topic).

get https://api.ottolearn.io/v1/rest/topic({topicId})/parentTopics({parentTopicId})

Returns the parent Topic of a specific Topic. The parent Topic must exist as a prerequisite for the specified Topic. For more detailed information on a specific Topic, refer to the Get Topic API endpoint.
